Our pipeline

We are advancing our platform against one of the hardest target classes in medicine: the toxic, shape-shifting protein aggregates that drive neurodegeneration.

Conformer-selective Aβ binder — Alzheimer’s disease

  1. Discovery
  2. Lead optimisation
  3. Preclinical
  4. IND-enabling
Target
The soluble, protofibrillar form of amyloid-β — the species most associated with toxicity, recapitulating the conformational-selectivity logic validated clinically by protofibril-targeting antibodies.
Approach
A compact, de novo protein binder designed to recognise the protofibril’s exposed N-terminal epitope while avoiding monomer, mature fibril, and vascular deposits — an effector-format-independent design intended to maximise selectivity.
Stage
Computational design & in-silico validation.

Early-stage research program. No clinical claims are made or implied.
